Around 1915, through an agreement with Granville Bradshaw, Walton Motors acquired the rights to produce ABC's engines This included the Dragonfly, Wasp, and Gnat models.

-In 1919, Walton Motors Ltd. began manufacturing aircraft engines. Granville Eastwood Bradshaw was the chief engineer.
